HOLIDAY KOMBUCHA MOCKTAIL

Mocktail or Cocktail? Tis, the question of this holiday season! 🤶🎅 Thanks @holistic.foodie for the recipe!

Ingredients:

- Cove Blueberry Pomegranate Kombucha

- Cove Raspberry Lemonade Kombucha

- 1 inch (thinly sliced) piece of ginger

- 1 sprig rosemary

- Juice of half a lemon

- Pomegranate juice

- Apple cider

Optional for garnish: cranberries, apples, berries, cinnamon stick


Directions:

For both flavours:

1. Muddle ginger with 1 sprig rosemary and lemon juice

2. Transfer to two separate glasses

3. Add a splash of pomegranate juice to one glass and add a splash of apple cider to the other

4. Top the pomegranate juice one with Cove Blueberry Pomegranate kombucha and top the apple cider one with Cove Raspberry Lemonade kombucha

6. Give them a quick stir, and then strain and pour into a cocktail glass

7. Garnish with cranberries, rosemary, apple slices, berries and a cinnamon stick


Of course, you can always add a splash of gin to these if you want 😉
