Ola, we’re John and Ryan, brothers & co-founders of Cove Kombucha.

It all started in our Mother’s kitchen in Nova Scotia. Ryan fell in love with brewing kombucha and shared his recipes with his brother John. One month later, they were selling at the local Farmers’ Market. It soon become a passion project, so Ryan decided to leave his program at university and John left his office job.

Cove Kombucha took off across the Maritimes and throughout Canada. Cove continues to grow and spread the bubbly love across the nation! From our mother’s kitchen, to your fridge, Cove is Canada’s Kombucha!


Who says health drinks can’t be a fun time? Not us, that’s for sure! In our booch and in our life, we believe that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice a good time (or an amazing taste) for your health!


If there’s one thing you can’t get wrong in life, it’s trusting your gut. Whether it’s dropping out of school to brew kombucha, or reaching for a delicious gut-friendly booch, always trust your gut!
