It all started in our mother’s kitchen in Malignant Cove, Nova Scotia. Ryan fell in love with brewing kombucha and shared his recipes with his brother John.
One month later, we were selling at the local Farmers’ Market. With a talent for brewing incredibly tasty, sugar conscious kombucha, Ryan decided to leave his business program at university and sell his kombucha full-time. People just couldn’t get enough!

As the demand for Cove grew, John left his office job and joined Ryan as the co-founder. Cove Kombucha took off across the maritimes and throughout Canada.
