HOW DO WE BREW OUR KOMBUCHA?

 

It’s all about keeping it simple...Since 2016

Steeping

 

FIRST, WE STEEP OUR LOOSE FAIR TRADE GREEN AND BLACK TEAS UNTIL THEY'RE A PERFECT CUP WORTHY OF DRINKING AT YOUR GRANDMA'S TEA PARTY.

Fermenting

 

SECOND, WE ADD OUR RAW SUGAR AND SCOBY TO FERMENT OFF MOST OF THE SUGAR. WE FERMENT OUR TEA FOR OVER A MONTH!

Mixing

 

THIRD, ORGANIC JUICES AND HERBS ARE ADDED INTO THE MIXING TANK WITH OUR FULLY FERMENTED KOMBUCHA.

Bottling

 

 FOURTH, WE BOTTLE AND PACKAGE OUR LIVE CULTURE SPARKLING KOMBUCHA TO GET READY FOR SHIPMENT.

Consuming

 

LASTLY, OUR DELICIOUS ORGANIC KOMBUCHA IS DISTRIBUTED TO OUR FAVOURITE CANADIAN RETAILERS, FOR ‘BOOCH LOVERS TO ENJOY!
